Honeymiles, our parent company Western and Oriental Travel Limited and its specialist travel brands believe in an ethical data policy. We, like you, value our privacy and don’t appreciate it when companies pass on our details without our consent. So we won’t, unless you specifically authorise us.
Your guests’ data is secure
In order to fulfil your guests’ Honeymiles gift purchases we need to collect data such as name, email address and card details. Without the purchaser’s consent we won’t disclose this data to anyone other than the Honeymiles list owner or permitted third parties such as members of our own group or professional advisors who are bound by confidentiality codes.
Terms and conditions
1. The complimentary Honeymiles service is only available for honeymoons booked with any of the Western and Oriental Travel Limited, with a minimum value of £3,000.
2. The Honeymiles service is only available direct to the public and to preferred travel agents, who have prior agreement, in writing, from Western and Oriental Travel Limited.
3. We’ve tried our hardest to make sure that everything on our website is correct but we can’t be held liable for any errors or omissions.
4. Honeymoon prices should be taken as guide prices only, as all accommodation and flights are subject to availability and to currency fluctuation. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Unless there has been an error in the number of Honeymiles purchased, transactions can not be refunded or cancelled after a period of seven days from the original purchase. Up to seven days from the original purchase, if customers wish to have a card payment refunded (either if they had made a mistake in the number of Honeymiles they had purchased or if they have changed their minds) we will refund them, provided that the list has not subsequently been closed and the honeymoon couple have received payment in full.
